Job Description

Summary: The Process Coordinator will be responsible for managing, improving and documenting business processes to drive efficiency, quality and consistency. This role requires excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to optimize workflows and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.


Responsibilities:

  • Map, analyze and document existing business processes across various departments
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement
  • Redesign processes to enhance productivity, quality, cost-effectiveness and compliance
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, checklists and other process documentation
  • Collaborate with process owners, subject matter experts and stakeholders to implement process changes
  • Train employees on new and updated processes to drive adoption
  • Monitor process performance using metrics and KPIs
  • Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure processes adhere to applicable regulations, policies and quality standards
  • Facilitate process walkthroughs and audits
  • Stay current on industry best practices and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of process mapping, lean principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio for process mapping
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus
  • PMP, Lean or Six Sigma certification is a plus
