Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, fast-learning, and execution-focused Procurement Executive who can manage vendor sourcing, product purchasing, price negotiation, supplier coordination, and procurement research across multiple industries.

The candidate should have strong communication skills in both Hindi and English and should be capable of handling supplier conversations confidently to achieve the best possible purchase pricing, quality, and delivery terms.

This role requires practical market understanding, vendor intelligence, negotiation ability, and strong sourcing knowledge across Indian and international supplier platforms.

Required Experience

1. Minimum 1–2 years experience in procurement / purchasing / sourcing
2. Experience in wholesale purchasing preferred
3. Candidates with telecom procurement or multi-category purchasing experience will be preferred

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates having sourcing or procurement experience in any of the following categories will be preferred:

• Paper products
• Pooja products
• Tobacco-related products
• Steel & metal products
• Electronics
• Hardware
• Consumable items
• Industrial supplies
• Software or electronic accessories
• Wholesale trading

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify reliable suppliers and manufacturers
• Compare pricing, MOQ, delivery timelines, and quality standards
• Negotiate the lowest possible purchase cost while maintaining quality
• Coordinate with Indian and international suppliers
• Maintain procurement records and vendor databases
• Handle follow-ups for quotations, dispatch, and delivery timelines
• Research new products and sourcing opportunities
• Support inventory and operations team with procurement execution
• Build long-term supplier relationships
