Production Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Production Executive to manage garment finishing, quality checking, packing, and dispatch activities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in clothing production and ensure that all products are properly finished, checked, packed, and ready for courier dispatch. Garment production roles commonly involve monitoring quality, finishing processes, packing, and ensuring timely order completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform garment finishing activities such as:
• Attaching hooks
• Attaching buttons
• Removing loose threads and ensuring neat finishing
• Conduct quality checks of garments before packing to ensure there are no defects, stains, damages, or missing accessories.
• Iron, fold, tag, and prepare garments as per company standards.
• Pack clothing items properly and prepare orders for courier dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and production materials.
• Handle day-to-day production support activities and assist in completing orders within deadlines.
• Keep track of finished garments and ensure proper handling before shipment.
• Assist with basic office support tasks such as preparing tea and refreshments whenever required.
• Support the team in any other operational work assigned by management.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of garment finishing and clothing handling.
• Experience in attaching hooks and buttons.
• Attention to detail for quality checking.
• Ability to pack and manage dispatch preparations.
• Responsible, disciplined, and punctual.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.

Experience:

• Fresher or experienced candidates with knowledge of garment production, finishing, packing, or quality checking can apply.
