Production Manager

We are looking to appoint an experienced and responsible Production Supervisor for our organization, NSW Narang Scientific Works Pvt. Ltd., engaged in manufacturing and supply of Laboratory & Scientific Equipment.

• Position: Production ManagerCompany: NSW Narang Scientific Works Pvt. Ltd.Industry: Laboratory & Scientific Equipment ManufacturingKey Responsibilities:Supervising day-to-day production activities in the manufacturing unit.
• Managing manpower and ensuring timely completion of production targets.
• Monitoring fabrication, sheet metal work, assembly, wiring, and testing processes.
• Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinating with purchase, store, and dispatch departments.
• Maintaining production reports and documentation.
• Ensuring proper utilization of machines, tools, and resources on the shop floor.
• Required Qualifications & Skills:Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing industry (experience in scientific/laboratory equipment preferred).
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes and shop-floor practices.
• Good understanding of laboratory/scientific equipment and their manufacturing processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and process control.
• Ability to handle shop-floor operations independently.
• Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures.
