Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.
- Create and maintain project schedules, timelines, and trackers.
- Monitor project progress and report status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Track project deliverables, milestones, and deadlines.
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Identify potential risks or issues and escalate them as needed.
- Support resource allocation and task assignments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project standards, and quality requirements.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting where applicable.
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes.
