Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to oversee day-to-day execution of projects related to electrical distribution and utility operations in Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, manpower coordination, client communication, project execution, reporting, and ensuring timely completion of assigned work as per company and client requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise overall project execution and field operations.
• Coordinate with client representatives, managers, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
• Monitor daily site activities, manpower deployment, and productivity.
• Ensure completion of work within timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, progress updates, and MIS data.
• Handle project planning, scheduling, and operational coordination.
• Resolve site-level issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with HR, procurement, accounts, and store departments for operational requirements.
• Monitor pending work, documentation, challans, and material utilization.
• Attend client meetings and provide regular updates to management.
• RequirementsBachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering, Management, or relevant field.
• Experience in electrical distribution, utility operations, EPC, or project execution preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of project reporting, manpower handling, and client management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience working with power utility companies such as Tata Power DISCOM projects, BSES, NDMC, or similar organizations will be preferred.
