Job Description
🛒 Hiring: Purchase Coordinator 🛒
📍 Location: Bawana, Delhi
💰 Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
🎯 Industry: E-commerce background preferred
Key Requirements:
✅ Prior experience as Purchase Coordinator in the E-commerce industry
✅ Good communication skills for vendor coordination
✅ Proficient in MS Excel (data entry & record maintenance)
✅ Basic knowledge of purchase/procurement processes
✅ Ability to multitask and manage vendor calls efficiently
Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Connect with vendors telephonically regarding purchase requirements
🔹 Follow up with vendors for pricing, availability & delivery timelines
🔹 Maintain and update all purchase details in Excel sheets
🔹 Ensure accurate record-keeping of purchase orders, invoices & vendor details
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams for purchase requirements
🔹 Track pending orders and ensure timely follow-up
