Purchase Executive

Job Title: Purchase ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day procurement operations, negotiate with vendors, evaluate quotations, and track purchase orders from issue to delivery to ensure smooth daily operations and inventory management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Operations: Handle end-to-end purchasing activities for raw materials, equipment, and office supplies as per department requisitions.
• Vendor Sourcing & Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential suppliers; maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Negotiation & Quotation Analysis: Request quotes, compare supplier offers, and negotiate optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Purchase Orders (POs): Issue, track, and manage Purchase Orders in the ERP/system to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Inventory & Stock Tracking: Coordinate with warehouse/store management to monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Invoice & Quality Check: Inspect incoming goods for quality compliance and coordinate with accounts for invoice verification and timely payments.
