Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate property recommendations
  • Negotiate and close property sales deals
  • Maintain an updated knowledge of market trends and properties
  • Prepare and deliver presentations about the real estate market and properties
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of listings and contacts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill client requirements
  • Attend networking events and industry functions to build relationships
