Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Description

● Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads.

● Participate in sales presentations and product demonstrations.

● Support in negotiating and closing sales deals.

● Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.

● Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.

● Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills.

● Inside Sales

● Convert Client Query to Lead and Further to Sales

● A person should be a self-starter, Highly Motivated, growth-oriented & Sales Target Driven.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's/PG degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

● Strong communication and presentation skills.

● Customer-focused with a passion for sales.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

● Proficiency in MS Office applications.

● Prior sales internship in Real Estate or work experience is a plus.

● The candidate needs to associate with as many brokers as possible with the company for maximum business.

● The candidate needs to explore the nearby market and areas for better penetration of our project.

● The candidate needs to arrange sales meetings with me on a regular basis.
