Job Description
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the clinic.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Update calendars and schedule appointments.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and handling documents.
Qualifications -
1) 12th Passed/Graduate
2) 6 months - 1 year experience.
3) Knowledge of Computer
4) Good Communication skills

Working Days - Monday - Saturday
Timings - 10:00 AM -7:00 PM
