Call customers and remind them about pending dues

Follow up regularly for payment collection

Handle customer queries related to payments

Maintain records of calls and recovery status

Negotiate payment plans if required

Ensure targets are achieved on time



  • Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
  • Experience in telecalling / collections (preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling software)
  • Ability to handle pressure and targets
