Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)

Understand hiring requirements from different departments

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress

Negotiate salary and finalize offers

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good understanding of recruitment platforms (Apna Hire, Workindia, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)

Ability to assess candidate profiles effectively

Time management and multitasking skills

Basic knowledge of HR processes
