We are looking for an energetic and driven Domestic IT Recruiter to join our growing delivery team at our Dwarka office.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions.
• Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews with clients and candidates.
• Manage interview scheduling and follow-ups.
• Negotiate compensation and ensure successful offer closures.
• Maintain candidate relationships throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Update ATS, recruitment trackers, and candidate databases.
• Achieve monthly hiring and closure targets.
• Build talent pipelines for niche and critical technology roles.

Required Skills

• 1–7 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Strong hands-on experience using Naukri Recruiter.
• Experience sourcing through LinkedIn and Boolean Search.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.
