Job Title: Sales Manager – IT Solutions

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team while actively participating in field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence in the IT solutions and cybersecurity market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Actively participate in field sales, client meetings, and business development activities
- Identify new business opportunities in IT solutions (EDR, XDR, MDM, Cybersecurity, Cloud, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and OEMs
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution positioning
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of IT products/services (Cybersecurity, Endpoint Security, Cloud Solutions, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings
