Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Relationship Executive for Loan Sales to acquire new customers, generate loan leads, and build strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for promoting loan products such as personal loans, home loans, business loans, or LAP (Loan Against Property) and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire potential customers for loan products.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and existing customer networks.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting required documents.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries regularly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
