Job Description

*Sell life insurance products through partner bank branches.

*Build relationships with bank staff and customers.

*Identify customers' insurance needs and recommend suitable plans.

*Generate leads from bank customers and convert them into sales.

*Conduct customer meetings and explain policy features and benefits.

*Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

*Train and motivate bank employees to refer insurance customers.

*Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
