Job Description
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
- Generate new business through field sales and direct customer interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while ensuring high conversion rates.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close sales effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer experience through timely post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Preferred Industry: Insurance, Real Estate, Hospitality, Tour & Tourism, Education, Telecom, Banking, Automobile.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of B2C field sales experience.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Graduate preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
