Job Description
Job Role:-
We are looking for Relationship Managers to manage and service existing customers while driving cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and complaints as a single point of contact.
- Understand customers' financial goals and provide suitable financial planning solutions.
- Conduct daily customer meetings from the assigned customer database (Book of Relations).
- Generate cross-sell and up-sell business.
- Ensure policy renewals and premium collection.
- Update CRM records on time.
- Meet monthly sales and retention targets.
Eligibility:
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- 1+ years of experience in Sales/BFSI/Insurance/Banking/NBFC preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to meet customers.
