As a Relationship Officer in our Loans Against Gold team, you will play a crucial role in promoting and expanding our loan services. Your primary responsibility will be to actively market and promote our gold loan products to potential customers, ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. • Actively market and promote gold loan products to potential customers, both existing and new.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient loan application process, providing timely updates and support to customers.
• Collaborate with branch teams to develop effective marketing strategies and implement successful campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to stay updated on industry trends.
• Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team, contributing to the improvement of loan processes.
• Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand the bank's reach.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all loan transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and bank policies.
• Support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong marketing and sales abilities, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of gold loan products and the Indian gold market is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events.
