Job Description
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Reservations Executive to join our hotel chain's Head Office in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle hotel reservations and booking inquiries.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with hotel properties and assist guests.
Promote hotel packages and maximize sales.
Maintain reservation records and ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in hotel reservations, hospitality sales, or a similar role.
Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
Knowledge of MS Office; hotel PMS experience is a plus.
