We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to manage the dining area, supervise the service team, and ensure guests receive excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and ensure they have a great dining experience.
- Supervise waiters and stewards during service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth and timely food service.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure cleanliness, proper table setup, and maintain service standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Captain/Floor Captain in a restaurant.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-friendly attitude with good problem-solving skills.
