Job Description

Operations: Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house daily tasks, manage reservations, and maintain facility standards.


Staffing: Recruit, hire, train, schedule shifts, and handle performance reviews.


Financials: Track daily sales, manage budgets, control food and labor costs, and order inventory.


Customer Service: Greet guests, build relationships, and resolve complaints quickly.


Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation rules
