Job Description

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for Esak,Uncover Avenue , an experience-driven dining space in Dwarka Sector 13, New Delhi.


We are looking for a responsible and passionate candidate who can manage day-to-day restaurant operations, lead the team, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


* Oversee daily restaurant operations smoothly

* Lead, train, and manage staff

* Ensure excellent guest experience and handle complaints professionally

* Manage inventory, vendors, and cost control

* Maintain hygiene and service standards

* Monitor sales and drive revenue growth

* Coordinate with marketing team for events and promotions


Requirements:


* Minimum 15+ years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Ability to handle pressure and manage teams efficiently

* Experience in premium dining setups is a plus


We are looking for someone who takes ownership and can grow with the brand.
