Restaurant Staff

We are hiring Restaurant Staff / Servers / Packaging Staff for our restaurant in Greater Kailash II, New Delhi.

The candidate will be responsible for handling guest service, food serving, food packing, order preparation support, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards as per restaurant requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests politely and provide good customer service.
• Serve food and beverages as per restaurant standards.
• Pack takeaway and delivery orders properly, neatly, and on time.
• Ensure correct items, quantity, sauces, cutlery, and packaging are added to every order.
• Maintain proper food presentation, food plating, and packing standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth order flow.
• Handle guest requests and basic queries in a polite and professional manner.
• Keep the service area, packing area, counters, and workstations clean and organized.
• Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards at all times.
• Support daily restaurant operations as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Be punctual, disciplined, and ready to work as per shift/roster requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant service, food packing, QSR, café, cloud kitchen, or hospitality preferred.
• Basic English required.
• Should be polite, clean, presentable, and customer-friendly.
• Should be able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Must be honest, hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Knowledge of food serving, food packing, guest handling, food presentation, and restaurant operations will be preferred.
