Job Description
Job Title – Store Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a fun, outgoing personality and be committed to delivering excellent guest service. You will enjoy working in a family-friendly environment and serving guests of all ages. Your strong communication skills, team-building abilities, and dedication to maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service will ensure the success of our Store.
Main Responsibilities:
Organize stock and equipment, order supplies, and oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
Coordinate staff scheduling and create duty rosters to ensure smooth operation.
Oversee all back-of-house operations and ensure efficient and effective processes.
Plan and work within budgets, maximize profits, and achieve sales targets set by head office.
Control takings and administer payrolls, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
Train and develop existing staff to improve performance and achieve targets.
Motivate and encourage staff to reach their full potential and maintain high standards. Maintain hygiene standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
Handle customer complaints and queries effectively and promptly. Implement branded promotional campaigns from head office or create your own.
Manage point-of-sale promotional materials. Prepare reports and other performance analysis documentation.
Attend regular meetings with area managers or head office representatives.
Establish relationships with the local community and participate in company corporate social responsibility programs.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of management experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Flexible availability to work shifts, including nights and weekends. A great work ethic and willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
