Sales and Marketing Associate

We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to promote and sell Kepro’s range of industrial lifting equipment and welding machines. The role involves outbound calling to potential B2B customers, handling inquiries, and converting leads into sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to industries, dealers, and prospective customers
• Promote Kepro’s products including lifting equipment and welding machines
• Explain product specifications, usage, and benefits to customers
• Handle inquiries, objections, and negotiate pricing
• Convert leads into sales and achieve targets
• Maintain detailed call records and customer database
• Follow up consistently to close deals
• Product Scope (What You Will Sell)Lifting equipment (Chain Pulley Blocks, Hoists, Slings, etc.)
• Material handling equipment
• Industrial welding machines (MIG, TIG, MMA, Plasma)
• RequirementsGraduate or equivalent
• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Ability to understand and explain industrial/technical products
• Sales-driven mindset with good negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge of Tally/accounting is a plus
• Prior telesales/industrial sales experience preferred
