Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Title: Event Sales Executive (Resort)Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Event Sales Executive to manage and convert event inquiries for our resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up with leads, understanding client requirements, arranging resort visits, preparing quotations, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with all incoming event and banquet leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements for weddings, corporate events, birthdays, social gatherings, and other celebrations.
• Schedule and coordinate resort site visits with prospective clients.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and booking details.
• Negotiate pricing within company guidelines and close bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and booking status in Excel or CRM.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution after booking confirmation.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, hotel, resort, banquet, or event management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable making follow-up calls and handling customer inquiries.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads.
• Positive attitude and customer-first approach.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in hotel, resort, banquet, wedding, or event sales will be an added advantage.
