Sales Co-ordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Female Tele Sales / Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with customers and the sales team. Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product/service information.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
• Prepare quotations, maintain customer records, and update sales data.
• Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasks and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Perform general office coordination and administrative duties as required.

Requirements

• Female candidate.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in telesales or sales coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
