Job Description

Coordinate with the sales team on a daily basis and monitor their activities.

* Take regular follow-ups from sales executives regarding lead status and sales progress.

* Track sales performance and ensure timely updates from the team.

* Contact assigned leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert leads into sales whenever possible.

* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

* Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets and business objectives.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.

* Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer support.

* Identify gaps in the sales process and suggest improvements.
