Sales Coordinator

We are a growing business looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales and day-to-day operations. This role is sales-focused initially, with exposure to business operations such as export documentation and dispatch coordination.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to learn sales and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with leads on a daily basis
• Maintain lead records and follow-up tracking in Excel
• Coordinate with customers regarding orders and basic queries
• Assist in preparing and maintaining export-related documents (training will be provided)
• Support purchasing and dispatch coordination

Skill Preferences:

• Comfortable with phone calling and follow-ups
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable with basic communication in English and Hindi
• Organized and responsible with documents
