About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, and result-oriented Lead Generation & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound client communication, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and converting inquiries into bookings.

This role is ideal for someone with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic knowledge of sales coordination tools.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to B2B clients for lead generation and business development
• Handle inbound leads received through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients
• Coordinate with the sales team for booking closures and client support
• Update lead status and client data in CRM/Excel sheets
• Build and maintain good client relationships
• Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets
• RequirementsFemale candidates preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools
• Ability to handle client conversations professionally
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, sales coordination, or travel industry will be an advantage
