Job Vacancy Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Level: Mid-Senior Level Location: Okhla Phase-1, New Delhi
Expected work-experience: minimum 3-7 years
Company details: We are a B2B company working in healthcare sector, mainly focused on diagnostics serving labs and hospitals all over India with molecular testing (DNA testing) kits and consumables.
Job Description: Sales coordinators ensure that sales teams can focus on selling while they handle the back-end processes. This position of a “Sales Coordinator” is expected to support sales team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining CRM data, daily activities of sales team and acts as primary liaison between customers and internal departments especially sales, applications support and operations teams. The candidate is expected to ensure smooth sales operations, track performance metrics of sales team, and assist sales team with planning and strategies to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities and Duties: • Sales Performance Tracking: Prepare daily sales reports, track metrics, record all field activities of sales team and monitor performance of sales team against targets and maintain dashboard.
• Customer Support & Liaison: Act as a secondary contact for customers, handling inquiries, providing pricing, follow-up on pending payments and coordinating logistics to ensure timely deliveries when primary teams cannot undertake the task.
• Data Processing and Analysis: Maintain accurate customer database, manage records in company’s CRM, quick data corroboration and presentation to management as and when asked.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and updating reports. Also supporting sales team in quotation and rental agreements preparation. Acts as bridge between sales team, customers and company’s management.
• Process Improvement: Collaborate with logistics and accounts teams to ensure accurate invoicing, product information flow to customers and smooth sales procedures especially in cases of queries. Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook) and CRM software.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and data analysis. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing customer interactions, interaction with sales teams and reporting to management with as and when required updates. Candidates MUST possess a very good command on ENGLISH.
• Organizational Skills and Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree. Additional certification in MS office will be preferred.
