Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate our ongoing projects while acting as a bridge between clients and management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a client-focused approach to ensure smooth execution of projects and services.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

·              Coordinate and oversee multiple ongoing projects.

·              Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal management/team.

·              Handle client communication through emails and calls professionally.

·              Monitor project progress and maintain regular updates.

·              Resolve client queries related to sales and ongoing services.

·              Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth workflow coordination.

·              Maintain project records, reports, and communication logs.

·              Collaborate with different departments to ensure project completion within timelines.
