Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer with experience in electronic components and semiconductor B2B sales. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with consultative selling skills to drive revenue growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand market presence across OEMs, EMS companies, and industrial clients.
This role requires the ability to understand customer design requirements, promote semiconductor and electronic component solutions, and close high-value business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales Growth
Identify and develop new business opportunities in OEM, EMS, automotive, industrial, telecom, and consumer electronics sectors.
Drive revenue growth by promoting electronic components such as:
ICs (Microcontrollers, Analog, Power Management)
Discrete Semiconductors
Passive Components (Resistors, Capacitors, Inductors)
Connectors, Sensors, Power Devices
Achieve assigned sales targets (revenue, margin, design wins).
2. Technical Sales & Application Support
Understand customer design requirements and recommend suitable semiconductor solutions.
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Coordinate with suppliers and FAEs to support design-in activities.
Assist customers in product selection, cross-referencing, and lifecycle planning.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with R&D, procurement, and sourcing teams.
Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
4. Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities and pricing trends.
Provide feedback on market demand, new technologies, and customer insights.
Identify emerging opportunities in EV, IoT, industrial automation, and AI hardware markets.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with internal product management, supply chain, and technical teams.
Maintain CRM updates, quotations, RFQs, and sales documentation.
Support negotiations and contract finalization.
