Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting and selling our communication solutions, including WhatsApp Business Messaging, SMS Services, and Bulk SMS platforms.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Promote and sell WhatsApp messaging solutions, SMS services, and Bulk SMS packages to businesses across various industries.
- Conduct product presentations and demo sessions for prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable communication solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
