Job Description

Artessa is looking for a sharp, high-energy Sales Executive who can confidently handle B2B conversations and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, hotels, builders, retailers, and commercial buyers.

This is not a passive “sit and wait for leads” role. We need someone who can communicate exceptionally well, follow up aggressively, build trust fast, and close deals professionally.

The ideal candidate understands how B2B selling works — long sales cycles, relationship building, negotiation, quotation handling, and client coordination.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage B2B leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, exhibitions, and networking
  • Build relationships with architects, interior designers, hotels, resorts, builders, and commercial clients
  • Handle inbound B2B inquiries and convert them into long-term clients
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate internally for quotations, customization, and timelines
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Present Artessa products professionally and confidently
  • Coordinate with the production and operations team for smooth order execution
  • Maintain proper client records, lead updates, and sales reports
  • Work towards monthly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Represent the brand professionally in meetings and client interactions
  • RequirementsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong confidence while speaking with clients
  • Prior B2B sales experience is preferred
  • Understanding of sales psychology, negotiation, and relationship management
  • Ability to handle high-ticket conversations professionally
  • Organized, disciplined, and proactive in follow-ups
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools, email, and basic sales software
  • Experience in furniture, mirrors, interiors, architecture, luxury products, or hospitality industry is a plus
