Job Description
JOB TITLE: Sales Executive — B2B

Location: Delhi NCR
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month + incentives
About Kaleva: Kaleva is a 4th generation heritage Indian sweets and namkeen brand established in 1983, rooted in Bikaner, Rajasthan and operating 8 retail outlets across Delhi NCR. We are expanding our B2B and institutional sales division and looking for a driven sales executive to build and grow our corporate and trade client base across Delhi.
Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and converting B2B clients for Kaleva's product range — traditional sweets, namkeen, packaged snacks, bakery products, and gifting solutions. This is a field sales role requiring daily client visits and relationship building across Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients — corporate offices, hotels, restaurants, caterers, modern trade outlets, gift shops, and institutional buyers
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
- Present Kaleva's product range and gifting solutions to prospective clients
- Convert leads into regular buying accounts and maintain long term relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily activity to reporting manager
- Coordinate with production and dispatch team for order fulfilment
- Collect payments and maintain client accounts as per credit policy
- Participate in corporate gifting campaigns especially during festive seasons — Diwali, Holi, Raksha Bandhan
- Maintain a database of all prospects and clients with visit records and follow up status
- Gather market intelligence — competitor activity, pricing, new products — and report regularly
Target Client Segments:
- Corporate offices — HR and admin decision makers for employee gifting
- Hotels and restaurants — bulk sweet and namkeen supply
- Wedding planners and event managers — bulk gifting and bhaji boxes
- Gift shops and dry fruit stores — wholesale supply
- Modern trade outlets — supermarkets and grocery chains
- Caterers — bulk namkeen and snacks supply
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of field sales experience — freshers with strong drive considered
- Experience in food, FMCG, or packaged goods preferred
- Must have two wheeler and valid driving licence — travel allowance provided
- Good communication skills in Hindi — English is a plus
- Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting new people
- Basic smartphone proficiency — WhatsApp, Google Maps, Excel
- Honest, punctual, and target driven
Compensation:
- Fixed salary: ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month based on experience
- Performance incentive: up to ₹8,000 per month on target achievement
- Travel allowance: as per company policy
- Festival bonus: applicable as per company policy
Incentive Structure:
- 50% of target achieved — ₹3,000 incentive
- 75% of target achieved — ₹5,000 incentive
- 100% of target achieved — ₹8,000 incentive
- Above 100% — additional incentive as per management discretion
