Job Description
Identify and develop new customers in industrial, commercial, and OEM sectors.
Promote and sell electrical products, automation solutions, control panels, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, switchgear, and related products.
Understand customer requirements through calls, emails, online meetings, and other communication channels, and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closure.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, product discussions, and order-related communications professionally.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records in a timely manner.
