Sales Executive

Location : Ahmedabad & Delhi

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Buyer/Supplier Acquisition Lead to drive strategic business growth by acquiring and developing high-value B2B buyers and suppliers. This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in enterprise sales, business development, and key account management.

You will own the complete customer acquisition lifecycle—from identifying opportunities and closing deals to onboarding and nurturing long-term business relationships—while leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Buyer/Supplier acquisition strategies to expand the customer base.
• Identify and onboard new B2B buyers and suppliers across target industries.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to successful onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the Buyer/Supplier Acquisition team to achieve business targets.
• Develop a healthy sales pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and close strategic business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
• Ensure CRM data is maintained accurately and sales processes are followed.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Buyer/Supplier Acquisition.
• Proven success in acquiring enterprise customers and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as required.
