Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to handle franchise sales for our Multi-Brand Mobile & Laptop Repair & Sales Business. The candidate will be responsible for contacting interested leads provided by the company, explaining the business model, investment details, ROI, and franchise benefits, conducting regular follow-ups, and converting prospects into successful franchise partners.


Key Responsibilities


  • Contact prospective franchise partners through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Explain the company's franchise business model, investment requirements, expected ROI, and operational process.
  • Understand the client's business goals and address their queries professionally.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM or lead management systems.
  • Share franchise proposals, presentations, quotations, and other required documents with prospects.
  • Coordinate with management for franchise agreements and onboarding processes.
  • Achieve monthly sales and franchise conversion targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchise partners.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales and closing abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
  • Good understanding of business concepts, investment plans, and ROI calculations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Email, and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
  • QualificationGraduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, franchise sales, business development, or tele-sales.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
