Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to manage the complete sales process — from handling customer queries and orders to acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, customer-focused, and able to build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, or in-person and provide timely resolutions.
• Manage orders end-to-end, from placement to delivery, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.
• Acquire new customers/clients through lead generation, cold calling, and networking.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly targets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/CRM tools is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and customer-focused.
