Job Description
First you have to talk with the client from office and if he is ready to purchase you can go for field visit
Handling Outgoing and Incoming calls .
Understand and learn about the products.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Taking follow ups to generate repeat sales.
Enter and update customer leads information in ZOHO CRM.
Take and process orders, coordinate with operations.
Achieve and grow with sales targets.
Communicate professionally over email and WhatsApp.
