Job Description
We're looking for a Sales Executive to manage and grow customer relationships through a CRM driven sales process. Join Bold Blends Coffee and be part of one of India's growing coffee and FMCG brands, working with cafés, restaurants, hotels, retailers, distributors, and corporate customers.
If you're passionate about sales, building long term customer relationships, and using technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do:
* Manage assigned leads through our CRM, ensuring timely follow ups and customer engagement.
* Connect with cafés, restaurants, hotels, distributors, retailers, and corporate clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and virtual meetings.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, update sales activities, and manage the complete sales pipeline.
* Convert enquiries into orders and build long term customer relationships.
* Maintain high sales performance by consistently following up with leads, resolving customer queries, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
