About UsVariety Handloom is a growing handloom business offering quality home furnishing and textile products. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to help expand our customer base and build strong relationships with clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new sales leads and convert them into customers.
• Visit retail stores, wholesalers, and potential business clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Explain product features, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
• Coordinate with the office team for order processing and delivery.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
• 1–3 years of sales experience (experience in textiles, handloom, or home furnishings is an advantage).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
• Preferred SkillsExcellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
