• Daily visit to customers based on leads allocated [in case of Tele-Appointment / Renewal] or coldknocking [in case of Door-to-Door]

• Conducting appliance health checkup and demo of appliances

• Sale of appliances & annual maintenance contracts to consumers

• Resolving customer queries and handling first level escalations, if any

• To incite customers to exchange their old appliances
