Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Generate new business through corporate clients, travel agencies, and online channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate customers, travel partners, and event organizers.
• Promote hotel rooms, service apartments, and hospitality services to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close bookings.
• Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and corporate contracts.
• Coordinate with reservation, front office, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction for repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
• Increase occupancy through corporate tie-ups, long-stay bookings, and group reservations.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare MIS reports, and track monthly sales performance.
• Work with digital platforms such as OTA portals (Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.) to optimize property visibility and bookings.
• Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to expand the customer base.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
