Sales Executive

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Field Sales Executive for our packaging material manufacturing business. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting distributors and B2B clients, and increasing sales in the assigned area. The ideal candidate should have prior field sales experience and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through field visits, calls, and referrals
• Meet potential customers and explain the company's products/services
• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Follow up on inquiries and close sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and support

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp/Email
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• 1- 3 years of sales experience
