Job Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Female Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate should have good communication skills in English, a presentable personality, and basic to advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and sales coordination.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain customer records and sales data in Excel.
- Prepare reports, quotations, and basic sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English.
- Presentable personality and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, etc. preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and email handling.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
Eligibility
- Graduate preferred.
