Sales Executive

Currently, Skillbee is helping one million job seekers to connect with more than 30,000 ethical employers providing jobs in the Gulf, Europe etc.

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Recruiter cum Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding the job description and visa requirements of a role and country thoroughly.
• Calling, screening and filtering candidates as per the job description shared by the employer.
• Convert daily leads into successful closures.
• Actively follows up with candidates to ensure timely closures and maintain high conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate details, lead status, and sales activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates. Achieve defined sales targets within specified timelines.
• Perform all necessary activities including but not limited to above, for successful outcomes.
• You shall strictly comply with all Company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and lawful instructions issued from time to time.

Languages: English and Hindi

Working hours: 10:30am - 7:30pm (Work from Office role)

Working days: Mon - Sat (1st and 3rd Saturdays off)

Experience: 6 months - 3 years.

Location: Mohan estate, Delhi
